Terms & Conditions of the online store

Orders, payments, delivery, digital fulfilment, withdrawal, complaints, personal data and dispute resolution.

1) Scope

  • These rules apply to purchases made through the online store.
  • They describe how contracts are formed, how delivery works, and how complaints/returns are handled.

2) Placing an order

  • You choose a product/service, add it to cart, provide required details, and confirm the order.
  • Order confirmation may be sent electronically and the contract is formed according to the store’s process.

3) Prices and payments

  • Prices are shown in the store, normally in EUR, and any applicable VAT is shown during checkout according to the customer profile and country.
  • Payment is due at checkout using the methods shown on the website.
  • If you use electronic payments/card payments, your data may be shared with the chosen payment processor strictly for payment handling.

4) Delivery / fulfilment

  • Delivery terms depend on the product type and the option selected during checkout.
  • For digital/online services, fulfilment is typically done electronically (as described on the product page).
  • For manual remote/original file requests and tuning services, turnaround times are indicative and may depend on the technical complexity of the request.

5) Right of withdrawal (consumers)

  • Consumers may have a right to withdraw from a distance contract within the statutory period, unless an exception applies.
  • For digital content or digital services not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost once performance begins with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement of that loss, where legally applicable.

6) Complaints / warranty

  • Products should be delivered free from defects, unless the product description clearly states otherwise.
  • Complaints can be submitted in writing, electronically, or via any complaint form the store provides.
  • Include: what’s wrong, when it happened, your contact details, and what you want as a resolution.
  • The seller answers complaints within the statutory timeframe (commonly 14 days for consumer complaints).
  • Complaints may also be sent to geral@prc-eletronica.pt.

7) Livro de Reclamações

  • The Portuguese electronic complaints book is available at https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt/Inicio/.

8) Out-of-court dispute resolution

  • Consumers may use alternative dispute resolution options where available, including CNIACC – Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo.
  • You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9) Personal data

  • The store is the controller of customer data collected via the online store.
  • Data is used to fulfil orders and, if you consent, for marketing.
  • Providing data is voluntary, but some data is necessary to complete an order.
  • You have rights to access and correct your data.

10) Changes and applicable law

  • The seller may update the regulations for important reasons (e.g., legal changes, delivery/payment changes), with advance notice where required.
  • For matters not covered here, applicable law and consumer protection rules apply.
